Steam Systems With Front Furnace

This kind of Solid Fuel Fired Systems generated by the adaptation  of Scotch Type Steam Boilers and specially designed Front Furnaces (Combustion Chambers). Compensate the steam requirements between; 4500 kgh and 10.000 kgh and these systems capable to provide 22 Bar Pressure Steam by Solid type fuels

• Fuel type: Rice size Coal, walnut size Coal, Nut size Coal. 
• Combustion chambers with a specially designed with water tubes
• Combustion volume and fluegas side calculations are done to provide max. Combustion efficiency
• Surfaces which is not contact with Fluid heat transfer insulated by refracter materials or fire bricks
• Boiler connection between furnace and body is double coatedd and water cooled  
• 2 different points from ashes to ashes cover the convenience of getting available. 
• Front Furnace is patented by Turkish Patent Institution. 
• Cleaning and maintenance is easy. 

Flue gas emission values are proper to “ AIR POLLUTİON CONTROL REGULATIONS CAUSE INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES “ and dust value is between <150mg/Nm3, CO<200mg/NM3, SO2<200MG/NM3 

Furnace 

• Combustion occours at that part
• Combustion occurs on the pots. 
• Modular design and nickel alloyed cast iron combustion pots located in the furnace
• Flame exposed surfaces coveredd by refractor materials
• For ash cleaning there are two manhole located on the body
• Combustion pots have air canals to provide air-cooling

 Fuel Transfer System

Solid Fuel transfer done by helezones. Provide fuel feeding to the furnace system.
